Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast cubed
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine cubed chicken breast and cauliflower florets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and cauliflower, and then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
