Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 zucchini sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the onion, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
