2 large chicken breasts, cooked and diced | |
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced | |
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced | |
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced | |
1 small onion, thinly sliced | |
4 large tortillas | |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1. | In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. |
