Chicken and Bell Pepper Breakfast Wrap
A delicious and filling breakfast wrap made with chicken and bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts large, cooked and diced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- onion small, thinly sliced
- 4 tortilla large,
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
