Chicken and Avocado Nori Wraps
A delicious and healthy wrap made with chicken, avocado, and nori seaweed.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 2 avocados sliced
- 4 sheets Nori seaweed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a clean surface.
- Top with a handful of shredded chicken and a few slices of avocado.
- Drizzle some of the soy sauce mixture over the filling.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Roll up the nori tightly, pressing gently to seal the edges.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve as a healthy and delicious snack or lunch.
