Cheesy Corn is a delightful, easy-to-make side dish perfect for any meal. This creamy and cheesy recipe takes corn to a whole new level of deliciousness.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cheese shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup cream heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the corn kernels and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Lower the heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined with the corn.
  • Serve warm as a side dish and enjoy.
