Ingredients
  

  • 4 stalks celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 slices baguette toasted
  • 1 clove garlic halved

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped celery, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
  • Rub the cut side of the garlic clove on each slice of the toasted baguette.
  • Top each slice with the celery mixture and serve immediately.
