A refreshing twist on the classic bruschetta, featuring crunchy celery and a zesty lime dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 slices baguette toasted
- 1 clove garlic halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped celery, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
- Rub the cut side of the garlic clove on each slice of the toasted baguette.
