A burrito is a delicious Mexican dish consisting of a flour tortilla wrapped around various fillings such as beans, rice, cheese, and meat.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas warmed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded

Instructions
 

  • Lay one tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Add a quarter of each ingredient (rice, beans, cheese, chicken, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce) in the center of the tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up from the bottom to secure the fillings.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam side down in the skillet. Cook until the tortilla is golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your burritos!
