Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a rich and creamy blend of shredded chicken, hot sauce, and cheese, perfect for parties or game day gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience
- 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce Your favorite brand
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing Or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided
- 1/4 cup blue cheese Optional, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo hot sauce until the chicken is evenly coated.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Add the chicken mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and the crumbled blue cheese, if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
