A healthy and delicious banana chia pudding recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas ripe
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- bananas sliced
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the banana mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pudding and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until it thickens.
- Once thickened, give the pudding a stir and divide it into serving bowls.
- Top with sliced bananas, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts, if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

It’s a nice healthy alternative to dessert, but chia seeds kind of give me a weird texture vibe. Not my favorite.
I love it! Chia gives it a nice crunch. But I guess it’s not for everyone. You can skip them if you want.
