Ingredients
- 1 pound prawns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 tbsp dill fresh, chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the prawns to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Transfer the prawns to a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and no longer translucent.
- Serve the baked lemon-dill prawns hot, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.
