Delicious baked prawns with a refreshing lemon-dill flavor.
1 pound of prawns | |
2 tablespoons of olive oil | |
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice | |
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill | |
1 garlic clove, minced | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). |
2. | In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. |
3. | Add the prawns to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade. |
4. | Transfer the prawns to a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer. |
5. | Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and no longer translucent. |
6. | Serve the baked lemon-dill prawns hot, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired. |
