4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts | |
3 tablespoons olive oil | |
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning | |
1 teaspoon salt | |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper | |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder | |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes | |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese | |
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). |
2. | Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. |
3. | Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts. |
4. | In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. |
5. | Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. |
6. | Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. |
7. | Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken breasts. |
