Ingredients

3 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons harissa paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.In a small bowl, mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3.Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.Brush the harissa mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
5.Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
6.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
7.Enjoy!
