3 salmon fillets | |
2 tablespoons harissa paste | |
1 tablespoon olive oil | |
Juice of 1 lemon | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
Fresh parsley for garnish |
1. | Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). |
2. | In a small bowl, mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. |
3. | Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. |
