1 wheel of Brie cheese | |
1/2 cup of fresh strawberries | |
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries | |
1/2 cup of fresh raspberries | |
1/2 cup of fresh blackberries | |
1/4 cup of honey | |
1/4 cup of chopped pecans |
1. | Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). |
2. | Place the Brie cheese wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. |
3. | Bake the Brie cheese for 10 minutes, or until it starts to melt. |
4. | While the Brie is baking, wash and prepare the fruits. |
5. | Remove the Brie cheese from the oven and top with the fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. |
6. | Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans. |
7. | Place the Brie cheese back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. |
8. | Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. |
9. | Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers. |
