Ingredients
- 1 round Brie cheese typically 8 ounces
- 2 tablespoons honey or jam of choice
- 1 handful pecans optional, for garnish, chopped
- 1, optional pack puff pastry to wrap the Brie, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If using puff pastry, wrap the Brie cheese with it.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and the pastry is golden brown.
