Ingredients
  

  • 1 round Brie cheese typically 8 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons honey or jam of choice
  • 1 handful pecans optional, for garnish, chopped
  • 1, optional pack puff pastry to wrap the Brie, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If using puff pastry, wrap the Brie cheese with it.
  • Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and the pastry is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
