A delicious recipe for bagels with bacon and cheese
Ingredients
- 2 bagels
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bagels in half horizontally.
- Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and drain on paper towels.
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Top each bagel half with a slice of cheddar cheese and slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Place the baking sheet with the bagels and cheese under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the bagels from the broiler and top each half with 2 slices of bacon.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

I don’t know… Baking the bacon? Is that even a thing? I usually fry mine and idk if oven is best for this.
Looks good, but why not use different cheese? Mozzarella and cheddar? Kinda boring.

These bagels are amazing! The cheese melted just perfectly, and the bacon was crispy. Will definitely make again!
