A delicious recipe for bagels with bacon and cheese
Ingredients
- 2 bagels
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bagels in half horizontally.
- Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and drain on paper towels.
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Top each bagel half with a slice of cheddar cheese and slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Place the baking sheet with the bagels and cheese under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the bagels from the broiler and top each half with 2 slices of bacon.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
