A delicious and healthy breakfast saute with bacon and kale.
4 slices of bacon | |
1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces | |
2 cloves of garlic, minced | |
4 eggs | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. |
2. | In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. |
3. | Add the kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. |
4. | Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness. |
5. | Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the sauteed kale. |
6. | Serve the sauteed kale topped with fried eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
