Bacon and Kale Breakfast Saute

Ingredients

4 slices of bacon
1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
2.In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3.Add the kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
5.Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the sauteed kale.
6.Serve the sauteed kale topped with fried eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
