Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread apple butter evenly over the puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg over the apple butter.
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  • Take each strip and gently twist it a few times. This creates the twisted appearance.
  • Place the slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
