A quick and easy dip made with only 3 ingredients.
1 pound ground sausage | |
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained | |
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened |
1. | In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease. |
2. | Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined. |
3. | Reduce the heat to low and let the dip simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. |
4. | Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips or crackers. |
