While 4/20 may have come and gone, it’s never too late to take a page from Snoop Dogg’s cookbook—literally. Known for his love of “the smoke” and spontaneous side ventures (like his smokeless firepits and surprise stage cameos), Snoop has also made waves in the culinary world.
Beyond his red wine collab with 19 Crimes and a freezer full of Dr. Bombay ice cream, Snoop Dogg is the proud author of not one, but two cookbooks. His first, From Crook to Cook, features some iconic favorites—from his Rolls Royce PB-Chocolate Chip Cookies to his King Classic Caesar. But the real fan-favorite? Bow Wow Brownies.
While you might expect some “herbal enhancements,” these brownies are surprisingly THC-free, unlike Willie Nelson’s cannabis-filled cookbook. Of course, Snoop jokes that adding his “herbs and spices” gives them a real kick—but even without the extras, these chocolatey, gooey brownies served with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce hit every craving.
Here’s how to make the dessert that Snoop calls his “greatest” recipe.
