Ingredients
  

  • 5 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into large chunks.
  • Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the heavy cream, butter, and sour cream. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
