Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 corn tortillas small
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup tomato diced

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water to the skillet, stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble the tacos by adding the turkey mixture to each tortilla, then top with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
