In a large bowl, mix together the cooked quinoa, ground turkey, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, half of the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread the remaining ketchup on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), about 45 minutes.
