Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the turkey cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the turkey.
Pour in the coconut milk and add the broccoli florets. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
