Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add bell pepper and broccoli and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add tofu back to the skillet.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
