A delicious and easy-to-make Teriyaki Salmon that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal or an elegant dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece salmon fillet about 6 oz
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 scallion chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce.
  • Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
