Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce.
Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
