In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Add the pork slices to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated pork slices to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the chopped green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
Return the cooked pork slices to the pan and toss with the green onions.
Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
Serve the sweet and spicy pork hot and enjoy!
