A delicious and flavorful sweet and spicy pork recipe that is sure to impress!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into thin slices
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  • Add the pork slices to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the marinated pork slices to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the chopped green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Return the cooked pork slices to the pan and toss with the green onions.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
  • Serve the sweet and spicy pork hot and enjoy!
