- 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon sugar for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.
Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each square.
Fold the squares diagonally to form triangles and press the edges to seal them.
Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
