Add pumpkin puree, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice to a food processor.
Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Add water a tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables, or refrigerate for later use.
