In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the pork slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the garlic, snow peas, and red bell pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return the pork to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the top.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the pork is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
