Season the pork cubes with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the pork cubes to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the brussel sprouts, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chicken broth and lemon juice to the skillet.
Return the pork to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts are tender.
