Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a food processor, combine the basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the pesto sauce. Add the green beans and toss to combine.
Slice the grilled tuna steaks and serve over the pesto pasta and green beans.
