Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, oats, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let them cool and set, about 30 minutes.
