- 8 ounces linguine
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
