Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/4 cup sugar granulated
  • 1/3 cup limoncello chilled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the limoncello, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Divide the mousse among serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Garnish with additional lemon zest or a mint leaf if desired, and serve chilled.
