- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk full-fat
- 1/2 cup Nuts mixed, roughly chopped
- 1 cup dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Blend the dates in a food processor until smooth and sticky.
In a mixing bowl, combine the date mixture with almond butter, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in a lined baking dish, then sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the nut layer. Spread it evenly to cover the nuts.
Place the dish in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
Once set, cut into bars and enjoy your Healthy Paleo Snickers.
