Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the marinade mixture on both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
Grill the salmon for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
Remove the salmon from the grill and top with the olive, tomato, and feta mixture.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
