Grilled Beef and Pepper Jack Stuffed Burgers

Delicious grilled burgers stuffed with pepper jack cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 ounces pepper jack cheese cut into 4 slices
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • lettuce for serving
  • tomato for serving
  • onion for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
  • Place a slice of pepper jack cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top with another patty and press the edges together to seal.
  • Grill the stuffed burgers for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Serve the burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite condiments.
