Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
While the tilapia is marinating, prepare the Mediterranean salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, chopped parsley, chopped dill, and red wine vinegar. Mix well to combine.
Once the tilapia has marinated, place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the baked tilapia topped with the Mediterranean salsa. Enjoy!
