Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately place a marshmallow on top of each brownie. Allow them to cool completely.
Once cooled, use the black icing gel to draw ghost faces on the marshmallows.
