Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams mushrooms fresh, cleaned and trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme fresh, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, and fresh thyme.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, and toss until the mushrooms are well coated.
  • Spread the mushrooms in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and slightly golden.
  • Serve the garlic roasted mushrooms as a side dish or a topping for steaks or salads.
