- 250 grams mushrooms fresh, cleaned and trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon thyme fresh, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, and fresh thyme.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, and toss until the mushrooms are well coated.
Spread the mushrooms in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and slightly golden.
Serve the garlic roasted mushrooms as a side dish or a topping for steaks or salads.
