- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Sloppy Joe sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Fries:
Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until the fries are lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside.
Cook the Ground Beef Mixture:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, and sauté until the vegetables are softened.
Drain excess grease from the skillet.
Add the can of Sloppy Joe sauce to the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Casserole:
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
In a casserole dish, layer half of the baked fries on the bottom.
Pour the beef mixture over the fries, spreading it evenly.
Top with the remaining fries.
Serve:
Remove from the oven, and let the casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Optional: Garnish with a dash of parsley.
Serve with your favorite salad or side dish.
