Ingredients
  

  • Cretan rusks
  • Tomatoes
  • feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • olives optional
  • Capers optional
  • oregano optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the Cretan rusks in a shallow dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the rusks.
  • Crumble feta cheese over the tomatoes.
  • Optional: Add olives, capers, and sprinkle with oregano.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with more olive oil.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
