Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Stir in the fresh spinach and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
