Brown ground beef in a skillet.
Place the browned beef in a 13x7-inch oblong dish.
Spread ranch-style beans over the beef.
Spread chili over the ranch-style beans.
Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over everything. Do not stir.
Pour the cornbread mixture evenly over the top.
Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
Let cool.
Serve and enjoy. The dish is a little spicy but not too much.
