Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place hotdog buns in the casserole dish to cover the bottom.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat.
When the beef is almost done, add the chopped garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
Add steak seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine.
In a medium bowl, beat together the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard, 4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce, and 3 eggs until well combined.
Pour the cooked hamburger mixture over the hotdog buns in the casserole dish.
Evenly pour the egg mixture over the hamburger mixture.
Sprinkle 16 oz of shredded cheese over the hamburger and egg mixture.
Top with the 16 oz bag of crinkle fries.
Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven.
Bake until the crinkle fries are browned, about 30-40 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle with a little more cheese, if desired.
Let the casserole sit for 10 minutes before serving.
