- 4 stalks celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 slices baguette toasted
- 1 clove garlic halved
In a bowl, combine the chopped celery, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
Rub the cut side of the garlic clove on each slice of the toasted baguette.
Top each slice with the celery mixture and serve immediately.
