- 1 ball Burrata cheese Fresh
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 handful Basil leaves Chopped, fresh
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze To taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin
- 1 pinch salt To taste
- 1 pinch black pepper Freshly ground, to taste
Place the ball of burrata cheese in the center of a plate.
Surround the burrata with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil leaves.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top.
Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
