- 2 cups chow mein noodles Crunchy variety
- 1 cup chocolate chips Can use milk or dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup peanut butter Creamy peanut butter preferred
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate eggs For decoration
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with the chow mein noodles, stirring until the noodles are well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out small portions of the noodle mixture and shape into nests on the prepared baking sheet.
Press three or four candy-coated chocolate eggs into the center of each nest.
Allow the nests to set at room temperature or refrigerate them for faster setting.
