- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 4 sprigs dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay a few slices of lemon on top of each fillet.
Place a sprig of dill on top of each fillet.
Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
