Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
